Short Date Format and Calendar
Short Date format: dd/mm/yyyy and two digit calendar interpretation 2040.
This format is required to proper operation of this software. It can be set as per following.

Click the Start button on your Windows taskbar. Select the Settings / Control Panel option on the Start menu.

The Control Panel folder opens up. Select the Regional option from the folder, and press the [Enter] key on your keyboard.

Click mouse on Date - Option

Change short date option as dd/mm/yyyy

In Calendar Option you will get a message " When Two digit year is entered, interpret as a year between" Type 2040 on this option.
Time Format
It should be as per attached picture format. It can be also changed as per above said procedure.

Am Symbol : AM
PM Symbol : PM
Number Format It should be as per attached picture
Please be confirmed that decimal symbol, Digit Grouping Symbol and List separator must be as per attached picture. It can be also changed through Control Panel / Regional Setting.
Display Resolution
Minimum Color VGA with 800 by 600 pixels and Small Fonts as Font Size.
If SWASTIK GOLD has been installed on a PC, whose Display Resolution does not match with the Display Resolution settings mentioned above (i.e., 800 by 600 pixels ), then you will encounter the following message while starting Swastik on that PC :
SWASTIK GOLD has been optimized to work best with a display resolution of 800 x 600. Your computer display is not set to 800 x 600. As a result, you may experience distortions on some screens. You should set your display to 800 x 600 to avoid these distortions.
Please refer to your Computer or PC Guide for help on setting your display resolution. Even though you will be able to work in SWASTIK GOLD even with these settings, yet for properly viewing all the screens and reports, you should change the Display Resolution settings to 800 by 600 pixels. Please proceed in the following sequence:
1. Click the Start button on your Windows taskbar. Select the Settings / Control Panel option on the Start menu.
2. The Control Panel folder opens up. Select the Display option from the folder, and press the [Enter] key on your keyboard.
You may, also, click the right button of your mouse on the Desktop of your PC, and select Properties from the drop-down menu. 3. Click the Settings tab on the Display Properties window, which appears, thereafter. The Screen area field displays the current screen area settings for your PC. Drag the slider till the text below the slider displays 800 by 600 pixels.
4. Click the Apply button at the bottom of the Display Properties window, and thereafter, click the OK button. |
