Technical Support
Technical Support means we will provide the solution of all type of technical problems, like Data Corruption / Program Corruption / Software error in Network etc. Technical support is available over phone, pager, fax and e-mail. You just pick up the phone receiver and call to our regional offices nearest to you. You will get our expert within two hour if location is convenient.
General Support
In general support you can get all kind of accounting solution whatever problem will crop up in your system. How to enter voucher according to the software. How to take required report. We will guide you thoroughly about it. If, any kind of account related error occurs in your system, we just solve all the error within period of support.
System Study and Implementation
We will implement / help you to implement your account in Swastik as per your requirement. We have a team of account / Swastik Expert for this purpose. So you do not have to worry about it. Be ready, and our expert will be there to understand your requirement and implement it in our software. We provide the facility of implementation of Swastik after thorough systems study. The software is configured and implemented after studying the business process of the customers.
